Autom8-IT is a hardware and software testing consultancy company. We develop high-quality software testing tools, additional plug-ins and test components which help our customers in measuring the quality of their ICT-systems before go-live or in other words finding the weakest link. Autom8-IT stands for Automate and Improve Testing.
Test analysis
Besides our company name, Autom8-IT is also the name of our central test application that helps during the test analysis phase of an ICT-system to improve, accelerate and automate the development and the writing of test scripts.
Test automation
The analysed test scripts can be automated. Test automation of an ICT-system must not be a goal in itself. However at a certain cycle of the release management cycle of the software, it becomes demanding and profitable, because it shortens the release management cycle of the software. The Autom8-IT test application provides also a test automation and test execution run environment.
The excellent performance of Autom8-IT results in very short test execution elapse-times. Second order effects of the reduced elapse-time also affect the total development time of test scripts, which saves time to focuse on other software testing activities.
Test management
As any project cannot become successful without proper management, so does a software testing project. The Autom8-IT test application provides a test management module in order to plan tests and resources, measure quality, organise defect management, monitor test progress, etc.
